Patriot Fund Manager
Rachel joined the MRC in October 2018 as an administrative assistant. In September 2019, she was promoted to an associate role, focused primarily on growing the Patriot Fund monthly giving program.
She grew up in Richmond, Virginia, where she attended a K-12 classical Christian school and developed a passion for ballet and reading the longest novels she can find. She graduated magna cum laude from Hillsdale College with a Bachelor of Arts, English, and minors in Greek and Dance.
Rachel is married to Peter O'Rourke, a fellow Hillsdale grad, who works at the Pentagon, and they welcomed their first son, Peter Jr., in March of 2021
Hillsdale instilled a love for objective truth and freedom, which drew Rachel to the MRC. Getting to discuss the media and America with supporters is her favorite part of the workday.
